On the evening of March 13, the roar of engines filled the air as Bikers For Freedom led an escorted ride to Checkered Pig in Danville, VA, for a heartfelt fundraiser supporting Kara Eastwood, a local teen bravely fighting cancer.

The event wasn’t just about raising money — it was a powerful display of unity and compassion. Bikers For Freedom came together with fellow bikers, friends, and families, all riding for one purpose: to support Kara. The escorted ride, which began at 6:00 p.m., brought the community together in a show of strength and solidarity.

“It’s incredible to see so many people come out and stand behind Kara,” said a Bikers For Freedom member. “This is what family and community are all about.”

The fundraiser at Checkered Pig was a huge success, with attendees enjoying great food, fellowship, and the opportunity to contribute to Kara’s fight.
